You asked if there is anything else to worry about? Worrying is my specialty; sorry to those you grow weary of my main topic but here it goes: my plane trip seven months post-op and staying in a motel for four days involved a digestive system backup (constipation). Increase your water, get in as much walking as time allows, and you may avoid this distraction.

There are tons of things in the airport to grab. I usually buy cheese or nuts to take on the plane. I was flying four months after surgery I was dine. It was great.
I still had the phobia thinking I wasn't going to fit.
I cried when the seat belt fit me with 7 inches to spare.
My ass, although still quite large, has a difficult time sitting for extended periods of time. I flew in Business class to Japan last October, and I'm so glad that I brought this cushion:
