What's on your Sunday menu, RNYers?
I'm actually about as simple as a person can be.

We are already getting a rain and snow mix here in Illinois. It's mostly rain right now but the temperature is right at 33. Looks like exercise will be the dread mill today. Yuck! I'll try to do 4 miles if I can stand it and 30 minutes on the bike. Wish me luck--it's just so dang boring! The only positive is I walk faster so get done sooner! Here's the food for today B 1/2 c after cooking steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli chicken and cheese 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz t bone steak 1/2 c green beans. That was supposed to be supper last night but hubby and I went to a local restaurant where I had a chicken fajita omelet,or 1/3 of one anyway. Gave hubby the potatoes and all but one bite of my biscuit. I just had to taste it! Snack will be Greek yogurt before bed. Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices!
It couldn't be sunnier here. I don't see any possible way this can turn into snow. Zero chance.

JB, while I'm thinking of it, why do you have no question of the day? Surely there is some burning question for which you are desperately seeking answers?
Questions are always welcome.

Yeah I got lazy with the QOTD when literally no one answered me on the weekends. But I have lots of burning questions and I am happy to keep throwing them out!

Slept well last night- all the way through.
Tummy is sore this morning and I have a bit of a headache. I know I am hydrated because I had close to 80oz yesterday. Started right back this am. I am sure it's still coming off the surgery.
B- premier protein shake heated up - like the most glorious hot chocolate ever. 30g protein
drinking 16 oz of a decaf chai tea. Tasty
lunch- bone broth with protein mixed in 27g protein and 9 from the bone broth
snack- sugar free popsicle
Dinner beef broth with protein 27 g
hin****er, plain water , few ounces of G2 for electrolytes
I think I am fortunate that I like water and always have.
Protien and water goals will be met
we have an Easter egg hunt at a friends house this afternoon and dinner I know I could go but I sort of just want to hang out at home they are my closest friends and they all know But I am not sure I feel like socializing today. We have very busy lives normally and I am relishing this time of resting relaxing and being a homebody heck it's only been 4 days!!

Morning! I've been to the gym, ate and now we're dropping the dog off and heading to great wolf lodge.
Theres a fridge in the room so I brought the chicken salad I made the other day, some canned peaches and a protein shake. I figure that would give me some options and I won't have to solely rely on eating out.
My best guess as today's plan:
M1: scrambled egg/egg beater, 2oz Virginia ham, sprinkle cheese
M2: either chicken salad and pretzels or protein shake
M3/4: totally up in the air
