It was amazing. Believe it or not it was at a food court with McDonalds a few doors down. But there were real greeks working and serving so I figured it would be good. I was a little amused that they assumed I wanted Chicken not beef. Because I am a woman and always dieting? LOL

72 hours post op. On liquids. Full liquids. Going to establish the habit of posting here and using mfp

water so far -18 oz

protein so far 27 g

 

bkfst decaf latte mDe with unflavored protein and decaf 

lunch - roasted red pepper soup with 27 G protein powder stirred in

dinner as above. 

 

Water, vitamin water 0, hint flavored water sugar free Popsicles herbal tea   In between

 

600will land around  600 calories and 90 G protein w

fluid intake will be close to 80

Welcome! I've posted every day since I came home from the hospital. It helps because it forces you to plan, helps keep you accountable and gives you instant feedback and good ideas. I hope to see you here every day!!

Posting and using MyFitnessPal are great habits. I credit that with keeping me on track. I've got 1292 consecutive days on MFP so far, with zero regain.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.

It's a great habit to get into Shauna. I am 31/2 years out and still post every day. It keeps me accountable!

No regain here either,and I am sure that is why! Measuring and tracking is more important the farther out you get because you can easily eat more.

Welcome Shauna! How are you feeling? So far you are doing great!  90 grams of protein fresh post op is awesome!  Keep the fluids up, make sure you walk lots and don't forget to make sure you go to the bathroom!!
