WOW you are so young looking! Fabulous picture Nikki, I love your dress cut, that is gorgeous. Ummm I know that AC/DC song all too well... I will tell you offline one day why, for me its not a good memory (it involves, high school, teasing, not good).
When you get in this "sabotaging" yourself mode, think of Ironman coming up! Think of you and the family getting up at the crack of dawn (or before dawn) to jog together! You got this, look how far you have come!
So glad you are in for the all meat all week challenge! YAY!
Have a great weekend, eyes on the prize girl!

This was last sat before the opera. sorry for the TP roll at the bottom- it was neither over or under lol.
We didn't have dancing - we were married in a southern baptist GA church and that is not allowed. BUT- Since I have a degree in voice I recorded My Valentine by martina mcbride and had it play during our candle lighting. It was a total surprise and my DH leaned in and whispered, is this you singing and I was like yeah, it was a surprise for you.
My pouch is weird today, not sure what the deal is. I woke up thinking- it feels icky... not hurting per se but weird feeling. I'm sure i won't be eating much till it starts feeling normal.
I will list what I ate yesterday since that seems to work better-
B: 1/2 quest, decaf
L: turkey burger patty
D: pork rinds, tuna, hummus
S: Shrimp
S:carbmaster yogurt
Lots of tea/coffee

Wow that is an amazing wedding surprise for your DH, will we see your name on "America's got Talent" next?
We all have the weird pouch days, been there, done that, just ride it out, lots of liquids is good.

Love all the pictures. I found a before picture that I will have to photograph and get on here for later. Not tech savy so it may not work. No music at my wedding as we got married in my mother in laws living room. We did have a reception a few weeks later but there wasn't any dancing. Post op 42.5 months and weight at 122 today. Cold again here in Illinois so Lily and I will wait a bit to do our 3.2 miles at the park. Will also do 30 minutes on the bike and a bit over a mile after supper. Here's the food for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added (measured after cooking) L 31/2 oz tuna 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz grilled salmon 1/2 c cottage cheese S Greek yogurt. Have a great day everyone and make some good choices!
