What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
My mother did the same thing to me. The only thing I got to pick out for my wedding was my dress and the bridesmaid's dresses. My mother actually cried when she saw me in my dress and NOT because she loved it. SHE HATED IT! And promptly told me so. I wish we had done what you did. I feel like it was my mother's wedding not my own. I love my hubbie and have not for one second regretted marrying him but I hate the memories of "my" wedding. Oh well, C'est la vie.
Good morning all! I realize it is almost afternoon for most of you, but here in California I am up early, lol. I am really sorry to hear about your coworker. It is too scary. I am grateful that I didn't have one problem with this surgery.
My wedding song was You Say It Best, by Keith Whitley. I love that song but wish I could have had two songs, because my favorite song is How Sweet It Is by James Taylor. He is my all time favorite. Yes, I was born an old lady, lol.
I ended up with more calories yesterday. I am allowed them, but am trying to be as honest as possible here to stay on track. I had another protein drink and more yogurt.
Today will be the same as yesterday.
B: Syntrax Matrix mint protein drink
Light n Fit Greek yogurt with a teaspoon of dark chocolate (2)
L: chicken salad
D: shrimp salad
S: Pop Weaver light butter popcorn (2 probably. Movie night with yummy hubby ?)
As for the all meat diet? If popcorn isn't part of my daily life, it isn't worth living. I will watch happily from the sidelines ?
