Anemic and dehydrated?
I think your tiredness sounds normal for 18 days out. Is there a chance you can request more time off for full concentration on your recovery? Starting pureed foods and remembering to walk should perk you up. Pushing liquids will help, too. A bottle of liquid rarely left my hand for weeks afterward keeping water bottles by the bed, in the car, everywhere (sf jello, sf popsicles, and broth count as a liquid).
