What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?

Fabulous day yesterday! I have rosacea too, but I mostly get it in an all-over redness on my face, and I also get it specifically in my eyes, and that eye stuff is no fun. My doctor puts me on a regimen of low-dose antibiotics as an anti-inflammatory, and this helps. 50mg/day of doxycycline. Have you tried that?
I was on 100mg a day and they just lowered it to 50 last month. my dentist just put me on a high dose of ammoxicilin because I have to have a root canal in a few weeks and he wants to make sure I have no infection. It's a tooth that I had a crown on last year, but they did it without a root canal.
Anyway, I will stick with the amoxicilin until it's done and switch back to the doxy. Doxy is the only thing that helps me at all.
The good and the bad... You had a great day and sorry about the flare-up. ouch.

Happy St. Patty's to you all. I've got my green on and my hair is sporting it's natural curl. Out of all my ancestry, my irish parts add up to have the highest percentage. I'm kind of a good old-fashioned European Mix, but I have Irish on three of the four sides, my name is Erin and I have red-tints to my natural hair color when it pops out, so I claim it the most.
We don't have the Corned Beef and Cabbage cooking at home today, but it's on the menu downstairs in the cafeteria so I may go get some for lunch since I didn't pack anything today.
Met with my surgeon yesterday. He is pleased with how everything is going and we are schedule Gallbladder removal for end of April. He agreed my bloodwork looks good, with a little blip in a my Vit D and Parathyroid so I need to focus on my Calcium Chews.
