I could totally hang with the meat challenge as long as I get to mix my meats.  I mean, I don't know that I could hang with ham for B, L, D & S every day for 7 days, but if I could mix my meats and just eliminate my veg, I could totally do it!  (OMG, "totally" twice in one sentence.  I just gave away the fact that I'm a valley girl!)

I am not wearing green. I would normally put fun shamrock jamberry nail wraps on, but since I work from home, there is no one here to chastise me for not wearing green.

My maternal grandmothers side was Irish, but my dad's side is English and my maternal grandfather is very deep in German history. There are even books about the family!

today is a %$%## very unhappy work day. just so overly frustrated about it all. I'm hoping it turns out to be ok in the end. I will not eat poorly because of this. Oh and I jogged/walked 2.5 miles yesterday with almost all jogging. I'm getting there although slow.

I will put in what i ate yesterday since apparently my menus seem to be up in the air:

B: carbmaster white choc, decaf, powerade zero

L: shrimp/turkey bacon

S:black forest ham, pork rinds

D: Turkey burger/a-1

S: 1 SF popcicle, carbmaster yogurt

CAL: 657

Protein:74

Carb: 21

Definitely wearing green.  My husband is half Irish and half Native American.  The corned beef and cabbage is going in the instant pot when I get home later.
