I am sending all the love and good vibes I can your way Melissa Sue! The last few week have been rough for you I know. I thought about you a lot last evening and I wanted to post but thought what can I say that has not already been said.

I hope you can find the strength to get past this and detox on the carbs and figure out the "why."  I truly think figuring that out is going to be super hard, I know and I speak from personal experience, it was very hard for me to figure out the "why" because it forced me to look inside myself and the face the demons that I had for years pushed down with cake & candy.

I think I have said it before and I will say it again, you are a very strong woman, I look at you and I am in awe (you work full time, four kids, husband, new home, make all your home made meals, cook clean, exercise, take care of the kids... did I miss anything LOL) and you have lost a ton of weight.  You can do this, I know you can.  You would not be here everyday posting about the good, the bad or the ugly if you didn't know you could do this.

Just wanted to say I am behind you and believe in you and happy to chat any time if you want, just PM me.

You got this!

Thanks!  My planned meals and snacks are always on plan.  Sometimes I just impulse eat thing, and don't know why.    For months and months I didn't eat ANYTHING off plan, then BAM stress got to me with the move and I started slipping.  Its not like I am making bad decisions every day, but it's obviously enough so that I have been maintaining since then.  Up/down, up/down etc

I KNOW that if I hit goal it wont just get easier, I TOTALLY get that, but damn I really want to hit my goal! HAHA

Excellent, I think I need to do exactly that. Detox big time. My dad has celiac so being the wonderful daughter I am, (wink) I made gluten free cinnamon rolls. I managed to eat one, a taste at a time.  I need to get my head on straight. But I must say, it was really good!

QOTD: I'll take peanut butter flavored dog biscuits please!  If not, I'll take dry.  I'll pretend its cereal and munch absentmindedly while watching TV.

Today should be rather mundane.  Nothing to run to after work and work is pretty calm.  Boy child is feeling better this morning (thank you antibiotics).  Overall this should be a good day :)
