Enlighten ice cream AMAZING
It is definitely the magic honeymoon time for me as well. I agree that everyone has to find their best use of the calories we each take in everyday. For me these are great kick and don't upset my tummy or cause any issues but if they did I would avoid them.
Personally I am still struggling to get more than 600 calories/day and am not hitting my 45g of protein everyday so these are a help. Then again, as with all things, tomorrow they might upset my tummy and they will be 'so last week.' Do you have things that work and then suddenly don't work? It is a bit maddening to never really know what will cause upset tummy.
Well wishes on your journey!

Hi Elizabeth. I used to love salmon now it is gagging me a little. I will go back to it in time because it is so good for you. I do have issues with plain meat. Sits like lead. If i don't chew it to a pulp (literally) then it just doesn't sit well. Chewing it that much is kinda nasty. Tuna with a little reduced fat mayo is much better and white fish always works. Its strange how my tastes have changed. Like you can taste the fake sugar. It's awesome! Lol. If you watch your carbs then all your other categories fall into play such as protein and fat allowances. Every morning i have a Jay Robb protein drink (chocolate) with almond milk. I do a double scoop and that's 50 grams of protein right off the bat. Doing this I have low calories but i hit 80 grams of protein every day. I will have a meatball at lunch and maybe fish for dinner. Only 3 meals per day as directed by my doctor. Always take my Bariatric Fusion chewables (2 am & 2 pm). Getting blood work results on Monday morning and will see just how well these vitamins are working. I am thankful I've already lost 73 pounds in 3.5 months. 58 to go. It's a great journey so far. Best wishes to you also. thanks Lynn
