What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
I bet I could eat a billion calories worth.
Anything with CRACK in the name ends up being really, really bad for you.

I can answer the somersault question. They're little baked nuggets of sunflower seeds, wheat flour, sesame seeds and salt. They have 140 calories, 6g of protein, 12 g of carbs and 3g of fiber per serving. They come in sea salt, cinnamon, cocoa and black pepper flavors. I like them, my brother (who does not have a weight problem thinks they taste like cardboard) Not the best stats by any stretch of the imagination but I went through a phase where I was under orders to increase my calories ad they were recommended by my NUT. I got hooked and now only buy them sparingly since I felt I would go into withdrawals if I ran out. Again, not good stats, but when I need something crunchy, I can make them work in my day and they cure the craving.

I have dumped on a few things. Not a lot of horrible fetal position stuff, but a sleepy, shaky, overwhelming energy crash where all I can do is lie down and sleep, and then I am in a sleep coma for an hour or more. I hate it. The memory of it is strong enough to make me avoid those things that did that to me. So maybe a sad silver lining: no more Combos. (Sniff sniff.)
Regarding Facebook, your comment about how it wouldn't be Facebook without complaining made me laugh. I do feel like sometimes it is just people looking for stuff to feel indignant about. If not in their lives, the it's like, "I am bored tonight. I think I will surf the internet and find something to feel incensed about, then post the link on Facebook." I have been known to call it Anger Porn--just out looking around for something to get all excited about.
This doesnt sound like dumping, but more like Reactive Hypoglycemia.

Thank you for that comment, Grim. I have wondered a little about RH, and I should probably read up on it to understand better what I am experiencing. It seems to be a problem for me if I have:
Anything with a lot of sugar alcohols (sugarless gum with Xylitol is OK, but any kind of protein bar is not my friend)
Any sweet that is not balanced by fat or protein. For example, I seem to do OK with homemade whipped cream or dark chocolate, or with something like a Kind bar--nuts with limited sugars. I have also had homemade chocolate chip cookies and been OK. (I know I am admitting imperfection, here.) But if it is something like a key lime pie tart in a graham CRACKer crust (my husband made these for superbowl Sunday, and I used to love them, and thought they would be ok, silly me)--if it is something like that, with a high glycemic index and no fat or protein, then I am doomed. I do not like key lime tarts anymore--the reaction was that bad, that it is a huge deterrent.
Beyond these obvious glycemic things, though, I have also sometimes had this "sleep" response after a high-protein meal. I think HALA once wrote about RH sometimes following any kind of eating. This was intriguing to me, because I wondered if it described my experience, but I tucked the thought away and forgot about it. Your comment brought it forward again. Thanks.
