Stop right now! Getting mad at yourself doesn't help a thing. If you're like me,it just makes you more out of control because you give up and totally quit trying. What's done is done. You're not perfect, but none of us are. Get some fluids in you and change your focus. Take one meal and one choice at a time. Get back to that menu you planned and remember WHY you are doing this. It's not easy and is never going to be. Most of us have issues with food, which is why we ended up here. Just don't get overwhelmed and make one choice at a time. Sometimes it helps me to think about why I want to eat because then I can find another way to handle my emotions. One choice at a time! You can do that!

I struggle everyday too! That's why I have the one choice mantra so firmly in my head from practicing it to keep from getting overwhelmed. That's also why I have my one before picture posted on my frig! One look at that and I am guaranteed to lose my appetite! How could I not know I was that big?

I ate combos, chocolate doesn't make me dump, but combos make me feel like I am going to die a slow and horrible death.

I had never heard of these things before, then saw the photo posted below.  They LOOK like they would make me die a slow and horrible death.  Just the kind of thing my kids would like to eat.

And, now that I think of it, junk food and poor eating choices (too many too often) were making us all die a slow and horrible death through MO, right?

Daylight savings time just screws up my sleeping for a few days, but I don't hate it.  I kind of like it as it is light later giving me more time to do things outside.

Pizza mmm.  Love clams casino pizza with garlic and oil no red sauce.  Then my second favorite is again a garlic and oil base with OK get ready bacon (has to be crispy), red onions, artichokes and anchovies.  Not many people like anchovies, but I love the little salty *******s.   I have made once in the last couple of months pizza which was made on these Naan garlic flatbread things.  My husband loved them.

I will say when I was a kid there was a pizza joint my mom would go to once a month and they had the pepperoni that curled up and had puddles of oil in them.  Good lord no wonder I ended up obese those were some dam good pizzas.
