What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYer?
on 3/14/16 12:57 pm
I think Disney was overrated for the price personally. My BFF takes Disney cruises without her kids sometimes - never in a million years for me!
They all have good kids programs. We took them on a Canada cruise out of NYC last summer. It was a nice break from the hot southern summer. It was Carnival and had a great Dr. Seuss theme for the kids - went to a Green Eggs and Ham breakfast etc.
NCL has a Sponge Bob theme. They enjoyed that one as well.
We have not taken them on Royal with us - but that is Dreamworks themed with Shrek and Puss-n-boots on board. It seems like a great program, but I can't say first hand.
on all they love the kid's chilcare/camp programs and stay busy.
we have a goal to reach the highest points level in the respective program on each of the three mayjor lines. We are almost there with NCL.....
We have one coming up next month...i am a little nervous as it will be my first cruise post op. I know there will be plenty of options that will be RNY friendly - but oh the temptations. And I have yet to drink any alcohol - I said my first drink would be when we cruise - then back to strict no drinking until I hit goal.

Well my incident on Friday sent me into the WORST binge I have had in about a year and a half. I ate combos and sour patch kids instead of my lunch and my snacks. YIKES! No wonder I will never make it to goal, I keep ******g up. I did ok this weekend, I was with you Kristen and my water intake sucked and I forgot my vitamins a few times. And there may have been some Dairy Queen ice cream on Saturday. UGH THIS WEEK WILL BE BETTER....even though shark week should be here any minute now.
QOTD: Well I don't "collect" anything (well I collect yarn, but that is a WHOLE nother' problem), but I love butterflies so people are always giving me butterfly stuff. Which I don't always keep, I am NOT a nick nack person, it is just more stuff to collect dust.

Once again, right before my cycle is to start, I got to my lowest weight yet, today UP 2.4 lbs. Could be bloating, but pretty sure my binge has caught up with me. I feel so burnt out with the ups and downs, and me just not being strong enough to resist things. WHY WHY WHY.
Hmmm. I think our cycles are starting to sync.

Morning everyone. Cold & pouring rain here, its March Break here for most people, so the traffic driving in was light this morning so that's good. I did behave myself this weekend, good choices, got vits & water & lots of exercise. Sorry the GS cookies got a hold of you AV, today you can get back on that horse, get your water & vits in, I know you can do it!
Glad camp was great for your young man, that's awesome! I love baseball too, to watch not play, I can throw amazing but can't hit a ball for the life of me! Hubby's baseball season starts soon too, I am excited!
I don't collect anything, never have. Does ponytail elastic's count? LOL I have a gazillion of them, everywhere! And lip balms, I have a gazillion of them too, but I guess those are more obsessions than collections LOL
Would like to introduce you all to the newest member of my family... meet "Barbie" LOL LOL My brand new BBQ! Hubby assembled her on the weekend, she was christened on Saturday, steak, potatoes and peppers on the grill, and it was glorious my friends, god I love BBQ season!
