What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYer?
I was there in March also, just a couple weeks before Dollywood opened. And the hotel I stayed at, in Kodak, shared a parking lot with the Tennesse Smokies, a AA baseball team. It was 3 weeks before their season started. Crappy, crappy timing.

We went to the opera Sat, and I didn't get home till late friday from the airport. We also didn't get home till after 9 on sat. We went to dinner with my friend after the opera and had this amazing chicken stack with squash noodles, spinach and bacon. I had some leftovers yesterday and will eat the rest today. I was low on liquids sat so made up for it yesterday.
I was supposed to go yesterday dress shopping with my niece for prom, she is 18 and i can't believe it. I was just so tired that I didn't go Sunday. I slept late and went to the grocery store instead.

Damn evil Girl Scouts. I feel victim to...everything this weekend. There was pie involved. Between poor choices over the weekend and the rainy weather this morning I totally have a case of the Mondays. Next week is spring break for the local school district which means many of my Board members will be travelling and it will be quiet - if I can make it through this week, life will be better...I hope!
I've never really been a collector - though now that I'm thinking about it, I might collect yarn. I have a huge stash - so much so I probably could knit full time and never use it all. When I travel I seek out yarn shops, so it's kinda collecting.
OH! I forgot my lunch at home, so I grabbed something at Wawa on my coffee stop - it's a chicken salad tray, it has a little cup of chicken salad, like 6 pita chips, and then slices of apples and baby carrots. It's 240 calories, 11 grams protein and THIRTY-SEVEN grams of carbs. This was the best option available, but I'm about to try to figure out the individual pieces of tray and WHY there are SO MANY carbs. But in the spirit of my WLS-life, I did rejigger my menu so that even if I do eat the whole tray my protein/carbs are "ok" for the day.
