Anyone have complications with RNY?

I had spent 4 days in the hospital. I had lazy bowel, and I had a tube down my nose and in to pulled all the fluid from my stomach for 24 hours. I could not have any fluids 48 in the hospitals. I had really bad pain in my left shoulder the whole time I was in the hospital. They kept telling it was gas. ( I am recovering from a broken wrist and a plate put in.****pt ice on it the whole time.  Then we to physical therapy and helped he work the muscle.  I  think it had to with something they did while I was in surgery or sitting in the hospital bed. And then after the pt it got bed and went away. I have to the Er three times sice my surgery. One extreme swollen with really red skin, second time, blood in pee, and the third time I could not keep any thing but a sips of protein and water, for three days. (I was dizzy and low blood sugar.)  THere are some neck and shoulder stretches you look up. But that does be she ask a dr. I also had back to the dr and muscles relaxers because my whole left side hurt. The dr said it was the way I was using my abs. This has not been easy for me and I feel for you. I am 6 weeks out finally starting to feel better.
