Morning Av, guys and gals. I'm not a sailor/boat lover, but if I had a boat gifted to me I would name it The Melting Maiden. or maybe something noy weight loss related, hmmm. Nautical Noob? I like that one. the Nautical Noob it is. Lame, i know, but it's too early for this ****
I had therapy this morning. It's a good day, I feel like it was productive and helped me to get a better grasp of things. I do most of the talking, because I'm a talker, but she does give me some good insight and makes me feel better about some of my thoughts and decisions that I'm struggling with. We're exploring options about leaving my job. She actually fully supports it, as she can see how much anxiety I get about my job.
Food stuff was just okay last night. I'm still struggling with my evening snacking. Dinner turned into a bust last night, so I ended up with a protein drink, and then I made popcorn. Damn microwave popcorn. I told my husband we may have to quit buying it, but he was sad because he likes it too. How do I make them keep all of the snack foods away from me? I feel bad about it, since they don't have problems with food. I just have to be better about making good choices. Anyway, for those of you who are my friends on myfitnesspal, you can see my menu from yesterday. i stayed under 1000 calories, but I don't feel like it was a win.
I have plan to eat the fish for dinner tonight that I couldn't have last night, but I just remembered that I have a meeting with my sons Spanish teacher about his upcoming trip to Ecuador this summer. She will be providing mexican food at the meeting, and I don't have time to cook the fish since I'll run home to pick him up and go straight to the meeting. Maybe i can talk my hubby into cooking the fish for me and packing it with a fork for the road? He should be home this afternoon and able to do it.

I'm feeling a little cranky this morning, so I'm having trouble coming up with a boat name. For now I'm going with "The vessel formerly known as boat."
I packed too much food today. I was really hungry this morning. I still am. I had my protein coffee, but now I want to break into the lunch bag and it's only 10:45. I have a bunch of off site meetings, so I'm trying to figure out how to manage my food today. Also, I need to figure out how to get out of this funk I'm currently in. It's really nice outside, so maybe I can find some time to go for a walk amongst the meetings today.
I have no idea what I'm doing for dinner, or whether I'll actually eat all of the things I brought to work. Probably shouldn't, but I probably will. Ugh. Snap out of it!

A lot of you talk about peanut butter like an addict talks about heroin. So I saw this at the market, and wanted to share it with all of you. I think it's utterly disgusting. But, I'm about the only one who liked those creme eggs, so . . .
