What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
oh I know that no one can really answer this for me, I need a magic ball!!
I also REALLY want a dexa scan done, to see what my lean mass and body fat really is. There is a place in Boston that does it for $175 for one scan, or $300 for two. But that is a big expense just for my own piece of mind. I don't know if Hubby would go for it. PLUS having to drive to Boston, which I will NOT do, so Hubby would have to come with me.
Where is that? I've looked around, and never could find a place. I've had the basic DEXA bone density scan done, but not with the whole body composition analysis.

https://cenegenics-boston.com/ I emailed them and they gave me the prices! $175 for a single scan, or $300 for two scans (at different times obviously)
My Dexascan was so worth it. If you look at my OH Blog I have detailed post about it. Really helped me be realistic about a goal etc. I had it done through Dexafit when I was visiting my son in Chicago. (they have several all over the country) it was $150 but they run $75 groupons. I hope to do one again sometime in the next year.

Chocolate shake with a drop of mint extract makes a decent replacement for a thin mint!
Happy Friday-eve! I would name by boat The Baxter (the name of my first beagle I had and still miss everyday!) Have fun at the science fair.
