Great Start to Day One Optifast
What a great start to my Optifast lifestyle.
I arrived at work and was greeted by two of my colleagues who were waiting for me.
One brought her shake and said lets have breakfast together today?
We sat and drank. We talked.
It was such a supportive gesture that almost brought tears to my eyes.
My other colleague brought me green tea with the message "Hope this helps today!"
Gestures and support from colleagues as well as support from this forum will ensure that I am successful.

That is really nice! For the first few months after my surgery, my 14-y-o daughter would wait 30 mins after dinner to drink. She would set a timer and say, "We can drink now, mumma!" It was so supportive and cute. She's awesome. So are your co-workers!
