Morning all. Glad you are feeling better AV. I am reading thru the mystery series by Candace Robb set back in the 1300's. Loved Girl on a Train I have to admit I was totally surprised by the ending never saw that coming. I have to say one of the best things I have ever bought was my Kindle. I never thought I would like an ereader cause I have always just love the actual feel of a book but now I can't hardly read a book unless its on my kindle. My kindle hurts a lot less when I fall asleep with it and it hits my face unlike a book that hurts like the dickens. lol Also love that if I wake up at 3am I can buy a book if I want to.

AV, I'm glad you are feeling better! I was down and out with a migraine Monday afternoon and yesterday morning (hence no post) but it broke around noon yesterday. I took the day off and actually accomplished a lot once I was out of bed. I have my first chiro/ART appt this morning. Wish me luck. I have to figure out whats going on with this hip and shoulder of mine. I am not going to put up with my body revolting on me like this!! Dammit I NEED to train!
Last few books have all been triathlon related: The Feed Zone, Feed Zone Portables, and You Are An Ironman (SOOO GOOD). I guess I'm just a one trick pony!

Good luck at the chiro! I'm so interested to hear if he's able to help. I'm dealing with some hip issues myself and depending on the outcome of your appt, it may spur me into action.
Chiro actually went really well. So the place I went specializes in ART (Active Release Therapy) as well as chiropractic care. She did give my shoulder and hips an adjustment but she also used ART to work the muscle. At one point I was almost crying but my shoulder feels AMAZING now and my hips are better (I'm not limping when I walk). I have another appt next week. She also said I have to stop crossing my legs. Apparently that is throwing my symmetry all out of whack.
Anyway, if you are interested in ART here is a website to find providers:
