What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning all! Yesterday I ended up blowing this pop stand early and beating feet for home where I promptly took a 3 hour nap. Best decision evar. I'm feeling much better today; like 85%. But sadly I am starving. I think just eating saltines and drinking diet ginger ale for a day will do that to a person. LOL
Question of the Day! What's the last book you read? Or what are you currently reading? And don't say magazines or the newspaper, you lazy bums! Right now I'm reading the latest Stephen King short story collection Bazaar of Bad Dreams. SK can do no wrong by me, but his short stories are particular favorites of mine, so needless to say I'm loving it. How about you?
Time since surgery: 19 + months
B: coffee and a Chobani Simply 100 blueberry crumble
S: Click Mocha (well half of one because I'm out!) and a Sweet Vanilla Dream power crunch bar
L: shrimp ****tail, pork rinds and a cheese stick. Is this weird? Seems weird.
D: Caesar salad topped with grilled chicken.
TOTALS: Cals: 866 Protein: 95 Carbs: 56 Fat: 29
Hmmm...I'm not really feeling this menu. I might have to make some on the fly changes. Have a great day!

Yay for feeling better!
I'm always reading multiple things at once... The last few books I've read are:
*Girl on a Train (loved it!)
*The Goldfinch (hated it)
*All the Light we cannot see (loved it)
*The Lake House (meh)
*Layfayette in the Somewhat United States (loved it)
B: Protein coffee & Mr. Cheese Os
S: almonds and babybel
L: no clue
S: thin addictives and laughing cow
D: no clue
As you can see today's menu is up in the air, but I promise to make good choices!

I hated the Goldfinch, too! I so wanted to love it because The Secret History is one of my all-time favorites but the Goldfinch was terrible.

Morning AV. I'm glad you went home yesterday and feel better. Make sure you push more fluids.
Food is the same. Steak tips, ham, cheese, steak.
QOTD. I'm currently reading Mary Roach's Packing for Mars and Chris Schwarz's The Anarchist's Design Book.
I love certain Stephen King, like Shawshank and Green Mile. But not the scary stuff. No no no no no. No scary stuff.
