This is it...
Well, OH family, tomorrow is my big day. My surgery is @ 0730. I'm excited, nervous, anxious...but most of all READY...or at least I hope I am. Any last minute words of advice? Oh, I do have one other question... Is soup a meal or a liquid? Just curious if you have to wait the 30 min after a meal to drink...
CJ
YAY, good for you. My doctor said soup could be called both, and i did not have to wait for 30 mins if it was a clear broth.
Let me be the first to welcome you to the losers bench.
RNY best thing i ever did for myself.

How exciting to be at the beginning of your journey! It will amaze you how little you can eat and be satisfied after a couple of weeks. Make sure you keep a photo journey of before pictures and pictures during your weight loss. Also take your measurements. There will be times that the scale doesn't move but you will lose inches.

Good luck. You'll be glad you did this.
Make drinking your new job. For the first month, the more you drink, the better you'll feel.
