pork rinds
Hi there,
In the bariatric eating website I've seen them seeking pork rinds fir $9.99. Its low in fat and carbs. I'm thinking this is his as a snack.
Does anyone know where they seek pork rinds in Ontario, more specifically, Toronto or mississauga?
What about beef jerry -Is this a good food to have?
Thanks for your help!
The Low Carb Canada on Birchmount Rd. sells microwaveable pork rinds in plain and spicy. Also you can buy ready made pork rinds in Loblaws and Metro. Usually in the chip isle but they also have them sometimes near the checkout.

Thanks crqing change. I will check at loblaws for it as it's close to me.
I'll look at the sugar content in the beef jerkey's before I buy them.
Thanks for your reply!
I enjoy occasional pork rinds and jerky in moderation as a treat (like once every few months). But as a previous poster pointed out, certain flavors have a LOT of sugar and crap added to them for flavoring. Beware...
And that's a lot of money for something I can get out of a vending machine for a buck.

Hi audrey,
Thanks for your reply. I'll definitely be aware of the sugar content in the beef jerkey's when or if I buy them.
I saw the beef jerkey's on the bariatric eating website -$9.99 for 10oz. But didn't know if this was expensive or not. Guess it's too expensive!
I also saw hair supplements on there for 34.99 saying it's good for preventing hair loss and to help regrowth. It says it has zinc, biotin, and a couple other things in it. Not sure how well this is either.
Thanks for your help!
