Yes, that's the measurement of dry oats.

I used to do 1/4 cup, but accidentally used a 1/3 cup one day and realized I liked the consistency better with 1/3 cup.

Sometimes I use flavored yogurts, which is nice - it gives them whole things a nice apple-y or strawberry-y flavor. I also sometimes add a tablespoon of PB2 or cocoa powder. A lot of people do mix ins too like nuts or seeds - but I find that I don't want to add the calories of those things.

I am the exact same... I drink my coffee on my way into work, then I really "eat" at around 730-8am or so.  Keeps me satisfied too!

I don't drink coffee.  hhmmm Maybe I could do a protein hot chocolate on my way into work.  But then that would just add more calories to my day.....

my protein hot chocolate is only 80 calories and 15 grams of protein, so not a lot and I think you could work it into your day

I have 3 different brands at home right now, all between 80-90 cals, 15g protein each.  I could fit that in most days, but if it comes between CHEWING something, and drinking something...I pick CHEW every time! HAHA

I try to keep my cals between 800-900, since I am still trying to lose weight.

I've gone through a couple of cycles where I was hungrier at night, so put off eating for a few hours in the morning, and used those calories at night. It worked for a while. There are constant adjustments.

I do the same thing.  I drink water while at home getting ready and have breakfast at my desk (while reading this post).  One of the benefits of being on the West Coast . . . you all have already posted for the day!  Eating later seems to make me and my stomach happy
