Hi everyone, it's been a while since I posted but here I go.....if anyone sees something they think I should reconsider PLEASE let me know!  Thanks and have a good Tuesday.

 

Breakfast: Nectar Protein in 4 oz almond milk

Snack: 1/2 c 2% cottage cheese

Lunch: 3 oz canned tuna, in water

Snack: 1 serving salmon jerky

Dinner: 3 oz grilled Alaskan salmon, 2 grilled asparagus spears

Snack: 10 whole almonds

 

Totals: Calories; 535, Protein75.8g, Carbs 16.5g, Fat 16.1g

Man you were all chatty today, I miss so much when I don't have a chance to get on until later.

 

Time since surgery 10 months

B:  Muscle Milk 100, 1/2 Fiber one w/cottage cheese

L:  Mixed greens, , ham, cheese, homemade vinagriette

D:  Stir Fry Chicken, zucchini, mushrooms and onions

Grilled Onion Purple - 1 Slice
Mixed nuts - Salted, 1 ounce 
Bothouse Farms - Premium Sweet Petites Baby Carrots, 2 oz. 
Litehouse - Opa Greek Style Yogurt Ranch Dressing, 2 Tbsp 

Dinner
Homemade - Seasoned Carne Asada, 2 oz
tillamook - sharp chedder cheese, 0.5 oz


Snacks- If hungry this evening 9 added into totals
