Sorry your not feeling well AV, hoping the bug passes you quickly.

im off today, hubby is having septoplasty done. I'm waiting for him to get done. Funny thing, his nurse was the nurse I had when I had my RNY done. Small world!(actually it's a small hospital).

Time since surgery: 10 months

m1: 2 scrambled eggs, 2oz ham, 1slice Jamaican bread

m2: about a 1/2 of strawberry, blueberry, raspberry parfait

M3: chicken or tuna salad over tomato.

M4: think I'll venture on the wild side and make a recipe. I never make recipes, so this is a big deal for me! I'll pull out the cookbook when I get hubby home and settled.

Who said Cadbury Creme Eggs? I know my bad but I had 1 1/2 this season. I put them in the fridge let the chocolate harden and eat the center. Considering in a season I probably could have eaten a case before surgery.... ok not really did not have the same exciting effect on me this time around

Hope you are feeling better. Having a stomach bug sucks. Go home if you are not feeling well still. I would be mad at you if I worked with you if you bought the bug in.

B:Quest brownie bar two 24 oz coffees

S:Cheese and salami

L:Ham and cheese with pickles

D:Cheese burger no bun and side salad

Walked only two and half miles today. I wanted to walk more. But I had work.

Yesterday I did shop with my daughter and I bought three shirts for spring. I also bought a hat to wear when I drive my jeep this summer.

Morning Gang, sunny and warm here, supposed to rain and Thunderstorm tomorrow. I have been suffering from headaches all week, I think its the crazy weather, cold and snowy and now warm and rainy, oy vey!! Tylenol sucks for headaches!

AV, go home and get better!

GRIM just cuz I need to say it again - YES YES YES Cadbury Creme Eggs - I am having a "When Harry met Sally" moment in the diner, you all know what I mean right!!!

I am a tad annoyed today... I have been invited to a Farewell party here at work today at noon for our VP of HR who is retiring.  That's fine. But some admin went ahead and assumed I was eating lunch at this thing and she emails me this morning and says you owe me $18.50 for pizza, wings and cake. I emailed her back and basically told her to shove it.  I never agreed to that or the food. Like how does she just make a decision for everyone on what you are eating and that I want to spend $20?  Annoyed...

Menu is below, decided to just cut & paste from MFP much easier.
