Dry Skin

I have really dry skin especially on my face. When i apply cream and then my foundation it looks cakey. Is there a cream that you all use to help with the dryness. 

I have been useing Hemp  Moisterizer cream and it seems to work on the body really good but doesn't hydrate my face.

any recommendations would be appreciated. 

Also i have really red skin, looks like ive been out in the sun  :(

That dry skin can be build up of dead cells and removed with exfoliation.  Adding cream to the dry skin can give it a texture like pie crust.  Start an exfoliation routine and leave the cream off. 

I use Clinique Moisture Surge. It is a gel-cream consistency. I have very dry, sensitive skin. Cream tends to sit on the surface of my skin and not soak in. I also have rosacea, so I am always reddish. 

Make certain to use a mild cleanser as well.

Sounds like you may have rosacea. I have it and get scaly dry skin.  I recommend seeing a dermatologist if you can.  

The redness is a tip off that you might have rosescia.  Like Whitedove said, start with a dermatologist.  If it it rosescia you might need to start with a prescription cream.
