Being able to eat more!?!
So when did you notice that you could eat more? And I mean dense proteins etc, not slider foods. Was it gradual? Or did it come on quick?
I am 11 months out right now, and just this past week I have noticed I don't get that "full" feeling anymore with my normal meals/snacks.
Well that is just what I have been doing. BUT because I had so many problems with dense protein. I don't even know how much I should be eating at a time.
I don't 100% agree that my surgeon's eating plan is right for me, at least not at this point in time while trying to still lose. They want me to 1200 calories and AT LEAST 100g of carbs a day.
If it were me, still trying to lose, I would stay under 900. 800 if I could.

Yeah I was told to still expect to be OBESE when I was done losing weight. I can't even ask them about how to lose more or about how I have been UP down UP down for the last 3 months. All they say is "we are happy with your weight now, you dont need to lose more" UGH
Sounds high if you still want to lose - Does your doctor want to lose more at this time - Or have you had a medical issue - hair loss, bad labs, etc??

Nope nothing else going on with labs etc, they just tell EVERYONE to eat 1000-1200 calories as soon as possible after surgery. This is why I just smile, say I will try, and move on with my day ;)
My surgeon's office does NOT see why I want to lose more weight, they are happy where I am now.
