What's on Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning. Weekend was busy. I feel like I need another weekend to recover from my weekend! The last thing I bought myself was a casual top for spring/summer. I was shopping with a friend yesterday and saw it and thought that it was super cute. My friend didn't love it (I hadn't tried it on) and talked me out of it. When we were leaving, I saw another woman wearing the same top. I literally turned around and went back to the store to buy it. Can't wait to wear it! I need new running shoes, so I'm super jealous!
Here's the plan. It's subject to change as it seems to be lacking in texture. Although texture got me in trouble this weekend. I was snacking on walnuts and raisins and was not good about logging my food. I've gained 2 lbs in 3 days and am not happy. Particularly since I have a Dr. appt tomorrow!

D: New York Strip; pear and gorgonzola salad
S: Cottage cheese, Dannon light and fit
Totals: Cal: 816; Protein: 94g; Fat: 38g; Carbs: 24g
Just a quick hello, my last day of recovering in DC. I have my appointment with surgeon tomorrow 10:30am hopefully drains come out, then back to NY. Worst of pain over but still some and still tired.
