Morning everyone! Thanks for starting the post Nikki, I almost did cuz I was waiting and waiting for AV!  Hope she is just busy!

Weekend was super busy for me too, back to the grind today!  Jealous on the new shoes!  I am a SAUCONY girl all the way!!! Last thing I bought myself was new black heels for work, boring!  I am on the hunt for a new bathing suit, going to Florida end of April and I need one!

My saucony's - only kind I will wear!

Your lunch sounds delilsh, love shrimp tempura!

Time since surgery 2 years + just shy of 4 months

B: coffee X 2 with splenda and lactose free milk + 1 can of Clover Leaf tuna, 1 tbsp Hellman's Mayo + salt & pepper

L: 1 can of Clover Leaf tuna over a handful of organic salad greens + 2 tbsp balsamic dressing

S: celery sticks + 2 laughing cow cheese (Jalapeño flavour - my new fav!)

D: 5oz of Angus grilled steak over handful of organic salad greens + 1 tbsp balsamic dressing

S: celery sticks + 2 laughing cow chesse  + protein hot chocolate

TOTALS: Calories: 909  Protein: 112  Carbs: 26  Fat: 43

V/W: vits done, calcium chews on alarms and lots of coffee & tea & water with a splash of cranberry juice (my new fav)

E: 5 km jog at lunch (which I have to go and get ready for) 5 km hike with hubby & dogs when I get home from work and tonight is wait for it... vacuum & clean bathrooms, oh joy joy

I bought myself a new pair of shoes myself this weekend ^^. I must say I did not expect to go down in shoe sizes when I lost weight, I find it very odd. I also bought myself a pretty casual dress today, its a large. I still find myself going to the plus size section at the store and then realizing none of it will fit me anymore.

I had a good weekend all in all. I have found myself getting VERY emotional y'all. I don't know why I am so sensitive right now, but I swear if someone breathes a word about chubby, or any inclination about me being overweight, I just lose it. I NEVER was this sensitive before, I think it's twofold. 1) I wasn't trying to lose before, not seriously like my life depended on it anyway. 2) hormonal due to weight loss. I grew up in a family who joked about being overweight because so many of us are, so this is really new for me to get all torn up about it.

QOTD: I'm on these FB co-ops which are likely selling either knock-off or hot goods (I hope knock-off) at super low prices. I bought two Urban Decay naked pallets (they are on their way to me now) and also a MK crossbody purse. All of it was like $50 total. Yay me.

B- 4 ham and cheese roll ups; irish tea w/creamer

L- turkey meatloaf; broccoli

D- hamburger; green beans

S- irish tea (no creamer)

Oooooh I used to be in a co-op and got a Zumba DVD set wicked cheap!  Once i opened them I realized why, the DVD's were labeled wrong.  They worked, they just had the wrong workout names.  No biggy, I just used a sharpie to write the correct name on the DVD! 

I should look for some more co-op groups on FB!
