What's on Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Nice! You just needed a better piece of meat, that's all.

My husband kept asking me how much it cost....I know its expensive.....WHY are you using butter.....
I finally said, "If me buying filet every once in a while means I can eat steak again...I WILL BE DOING IT". Then he goes, "You don't have to explain yourself to me, I get it"
Well jeez honey, then DON'T ask me a million times how much it cost!
Sometimes, people complain about having to spend more for better quality food, or vitamins, etc. But honest to god, the money I save now on all the food I'm NOT buying makes up the difference several times over. It's still a big savings.

I still spend the same amount on groceries, because I have 4 kids. BUT I don't stop at fast food places randomly to grab a "snack" etc etc etc. It's not like I will be eating filet every damn night, but knowing I can eat steak again....its MAGICAL!!
I'm getting a little teary eyed.
