Hello All. 4+ Years out - Update
Hey everybody!.. alot of ol schoolers might remember me! i dont post alot anymore even though i still read here time to time. I wanted to keep everybody updated on some fitness news for me.. I was recently featured in Train magazines transformation page, and my transition to an amateur bodybuilder.. enjoy! id be happy to answer any fitness questions also!

Wow! I was feeling do proud of my own gym visit tonight, but I think I have a ways to go! ;)
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
