What's on your Sunday Menu, RNYers?
It's great you enjoy walking alone. Some people will only walk with others, and when the others stop, they stop. Self motivation is a big, big deal.

I am one of those people who always worries about everyone else. I know when I walk it is all about me. I know that sounds kind of selfish. But I used to put everyone else before me. I know that was part of the reason behind my obesity.
I love looking at everything around me. I love to be outside. I know it does help with my anxiety when I can burn off some energy.
Both kids are home this week so it feels good to get out by myself.
That's how I feel about my exercise...it's my peace- it my time to focus on me and I don't want to share the time with anyone. I'm relenting a bit to encourage my kids to exercise, but only take them when they ask to go-- I don't offer to take them.
this morning I saw three different women distracted from their workouts cause they ran into someone they know... I would be so annoyed if someone tried talking to me thorough my workout.

I think it is good to make it our time. I don't go to the gym. I know I would see so many people I know there. I used to work in the schools so it would be parents and their kids now as adults.
I like just listening to music. Pushing myself to get my heart rate up. I never thought I would wear under armor clothing. Never.
Happy Sunday!
my workout (elliptical and stair stepper) is done. Laundry is started. Dinner is planned, will season the meat soon. I need to walk the dog. And I need to work on my taxes some more. I need to figure a short getaway for spring break for us. We're thinking one of those indoor water parks in the Poconos... It's getting harder to plan trips as the boys get older....it's harder to impress them.
