I totally carry something with me. I prefer to eat real food. But I do travel a lot and there isn't always good food choices. So I always have a protein bar with me. I make my husband carry something with him also. He has never had any weight issues. He gets Hangry.
I do love nuts. But I have a habit of eating too many.

Good Morning.
I have been moving better since starting Physical therapy. I have bursitis in a tendon on my thigh. I'm sorry I missed yesterday's posting, I like to support positive people here.
My wife and I are bike shopping, can't wait until she's finds something I'll like. Notice I said she. Our shopping goes like this, I follow her, and carry everything she buys. I've grown to love my position of "Transporter" of all things ours.
My son made his H.S. golf team, which means I have to get my game up to speed quick. We went yesterday, and I hit really good. Fingers crossed.

I've always wanted to try "real" golf. Mostly cuz I like the outfits, though!

I agree with Grim about your food choices yesterday. You stayed in your calories. Waiting to eat is one of my old bad habits. I try to stay clear of doing that. But some days I am not just not hungry. So I will drink a protein shake sometime in the day.
It is so easy to say screw it when you are out with friends. If they were eating buddies then it can be very hard.
I love TJMAXX I go there about two times a month. I like when they have great clearance. I try not to buy clothes online since I have a habit of not returning things and they sit in my closet.
Well my day started with a four mile walk. I know I may have pushed myself. But I think the walking is my sanity. I feel so much better when I walk. I refuse to walk with anyone. I love to have it be just me time. I have a friend who wants to walk with me. I told her I really like doing it by myself. She was fine with it.
B:Eggs with some potatoes
L:Buffalo tenders
D:I made chili but I think I want steak. I love to make meals for the week.
S:Quest brownie protein bar. I love them. Grim posted about them a few weeks ago and they are really good. A little bit too good.
