What's on your Sunday Menu, RNYers?

Whoops. Yesterday did not go as planned at all! I didn't end up going to any of the places I had planned out. I ended up not eating anything except for a protein shake until after 4pm, then just having one meal all day. So I stayed lower on calories than I had planned on, but I definitely didn't make any of my nutritional goals, either :( Also waiting until 4pm to eat makes a girl kind of cranky and dizzy. Definitely not a shining example of an RNY menu. But it's a new day, and I will see if I can stick a little closer to plan, today...
In other news, I am officially obsessed with Stitch Fix. Has anyone else tried it? The first few boxes I got were just okay, but now that I have given really detailed feedback, they are getting great. So last night I got a new box, tried everything on and it was all perfect in size 6. But it was almost $300! So I took the style cards with me to TJMaxx and found some of the same styles for 1/4 of the price. I'm only keeping 2 things in the box now, and sending the rest back. So excited that I got the same looks! ((((...I might be developing a shopping problem...))))

Morning JB. I hope you had a good touristy day yesterday. You seem down about your food choices, but I think you did FANTASTIC! Besides the cranky and dizzy part, of course. Being under on calories is always a win. Being out and about, with new people, in new places, is always a major trigger for grazing and poor choices, and you didn't. And you didn't binge when you got home. That's huge. Give yourself a pat on the back for that.

Ah, thanks. I am glad I was able to make good choices within a weird day, but as I told you, I am a "rules follower". So if I set a plan for myself, I get really annoyed when I can't follow it. And I don't like having to make food decisions on the fly!

I don't blame you, but you made great adjustments. Pretty good for a rules person. Put yourself on the detention list and move on. It's so long, they won't even notice your name.

Cheese comes from a cow, so it's ok. And bread is just a meat delivery vehicle. It keeps my fingers from getting too greasy. And Quest Bars, they're just delicious.

OMG, you don't even know... I FLOVE these things. Found them at a random Target that's no where near my house, once. Can't find them anywhere else, so now I need to make a trip there about every other week to get more. I have toyed with the idea of buying them in bulk online.
