Thanks for the post, since you have such a busy week end ahead. Good for the workout as well. It's raining and really windy here so I must deal with it and get out of the house! Especially after seeing you do it.
B coffee and 2 eggs
L Chicken, few nuts
D Chicken, few nuts. Yes I am a picky eater. Lol
S Protein drink
E 40 minutes power walk thanks to you JB.

As I am sitting eating my dinner. I am posting what I ate today. I had sort of a busy day. Running to the grocery store. I actually enjoy that though. I also had to go car shopping for a car for our business . Not exciting though.

L:Turkey and cheese from a hoagie
D:Sausage and peppers
Decaf coffee maybe three times from WAWA. I drink decaf just because I can't drink caffeine
Walked three miles today. It felt great. I love to walk. I tell myself it is my time when I do it.

today was super exciting.
ran a few errands, went to the GAP outlet and clearance was 30% off the lowest price plus they sent me $20 off $75 purchase plus $25 in style cash to use later. i was super excited.
I got my hair cut- then went grocery shopping.
Have to go out of town w-fr next week so really just working on getting my weight down, laundry done, etc.
Oh- and I can jog 8 minutes at a time now! yay

Ooh your shopping trip sounds fun! I dropped a LOAD of cash at TJMaxx last night :)
Jogging 8 minutes is huge! Keep at it. I bet you can push and get up to 10 within a week if you keep at it.
