Hello Friends,
I hope you have a great weekend ahead!
I looked up the restaurants where I am eating and I think I can safely plan out my day to look something like this (although the totals are a bit of a guess depending on how things are prepared):
B: Fit Frappe Espresso Protein Coffee & 1 egg
L: Shrimp salad
S: Turkey and Cheese
D: Hamburger (no bun)

Morning JB. I hope you have fun, in spite of all the running around. It still has to be better than getting shot. And thanks for still taking the time to post this.
Turns out I got bad information, and I have a weekend to do pretty much whatever I want. If I take a nap I'll think of your crazy schedule.
Steak tips are on the menu today, along with a ham and cheese sandwich. You know, for variety.

Definitely better than getting shot. I still have some serious bruises!
Enjoy the steak and napping ...jealous rage...

I always threaten to nap, but never do. It's just a pleasant idea.

Morning! I'm at work again-- still trying to fix the mess my previous idiot boss left me. I don't want to stay as long as I did last week- but, problems are endless! After work I need to run to a few stores and return some stuff, and buy my son two books he wants.

It's always good when kids want books.

Suggest what? That I'm overeating?
I can eat two eggs. Some days I can't. Some days I don't want to. Some days I do. Not that I owe you an explanation, but I chose two eggs today's since I didn't have more protein to partner my eggs with. Though, there are times that I do eat two eggs and ham, or a piece of sausage etc. they are eggs, no****ermelons.
I doing what I know works for my body, just like you are doing for yours.
