Morning JB. I hope you have fun, in spite of all the running around. It still has to be better than getting shot. And thanks for still taking the time to post this.

Turns out I got bad information, and I have a weekend to do pretty much whatever I want. If I take a nap I'll think of your crazy schedule.

Steak tips are on the menu today, along with a ham and cheese sandwich. You know, for variety.

Definitely better than getting shot. I still have some serious bruises!

Enjoy the steak and napping  ...jealous rage...

I always threaten to nap, but never do. It's just a pleasant idea.

Grim,

I'm with you on the napping! It always sounds like a good idea but never get there.

Morning! I'm at work again-- still trying to fix the mess my previous idiot boss left me. I don't want to stay as long as I did last week- but, problems are endless! After work I need to run to a few stores and return some stuff, and buy my son two books he wants.

Time since surgery: 10 months

M1: 2 scrambled eggs, 1 slice cheese,

M2: pumpkin spice Granola

M3: 2.5 oz ham sriracha chicken breast, cheese stick & 28g cashews

M4: chili (?)

You need a union.

It's always good when kids want books.

13 years and I couldn't possibly eat or would I eat two eggs. Please remember down the road that portion control is what determines long term success. I am saying this not to scold but to kindly suggest

Suggest what? That I'm overeating?

I can eat two eggs. Some days I can't. Some days I don't want to. Some days I do. Not that I owe you an explanation, but I chose two eggs today's since I didn't have more protein to partner my eggs with. Though, there are times that I do eat two eggs and ham, or a piece of sausage etc. they are eggs, no****ermelons.

I doing what I know works for my body, just like you are doing for yours.

I eat two scrambled or poached eggs every day for breakfast with no problems at all, but then I maintain on around 1800 calories per day.
