i have noticed anything with milk,  or sugars do it,  the fake sugars in the safe ice cream ate the worst.... its all about what foods u eat,  bran flakes got me the other night,  a chicken whopper (no bun) got me tonight. .. just different foods u learn as u go. .. but for me no milk products except fair life

I take over the counter 'Beano' daily and it has helped alot.
