What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
The only thing I ever mixed was corn and mashed potatoes! I still do. But the only time I have corn and mashed potatoes now is for holidays. I now think of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter as my mashed potato and corn holidays.

Good morning, everyone! KQOTD - I really don't have any odd food combos. I am a huge fan of french fries with mayo! Delish! When I was growing up I liked salami and mayo roll ups, keep the bread, I don't need it. I couldn't eat it around my father, who told me no self-respecting jewish girl would eat salami with mayo. IF he was around, I had to have mustard (yuck!) I'm good with mustard now and my favorite combo is rare, rare roast beef with horseradish mustard. Yummy! Kristen, you go with the Boloney and Peanut Butter. In my opinion, PB makes EVERYTHING better! (although you all know about my love affair with the peanut butter!)

B: 2 medium scrambled eggs, 1 oz shredded cheese (After going for MONTHS without having a single egg, I'm craving them every day. Go figure)
L: Grilled chicken, steamed veggies
D: Chicken and asian slaw
S: Skinny Vanilla Latte, cantaloupe wrapped with prosciutto (Did I ever mention I'm in a Top Chef fantasy league? Another attorney in my office and I watch last chance kitchen together before the next episode airs and we decided to have snacks to add to our viewing enjoyment. I figure 1 spear of cantaloupe and a slice of prosciutto won't kill me!)

I have not gone outside today. I have had a ridiculous headache and having been feeling sick since yesterday so I decided to work from home today. I will say it "looks cold" outside.
QOTD: I don't know if I have any unusual food combinations because if I like them, I must not think they are unusual. I will say I was surprised by how good steak salad is with berries on it. Steak doesn't seem like it should go with berries, but it's delicious.

I have missed a few days on here, went to Kansas City MO for a few days. Im so very happy to report I did not gain anything but I am down 1 more lbs, not a lot but I was afraid I had gained. I didn't eat a lot, just different. Out most of the time and I feel like I need to detox and sleep for a week .
I like ketchup with just about everything, eggs, tacos (no salsa) I have even had ketchup with chocolate!! Its not so bad!
B- 1 piece of bacon and 1 scrambled egg
L- 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 light yogurt/ 1oz chicken breast
D- Chicken tortilla soup (yes with a little bit of ketchup)
S- celery and natural PB
800 calories 52 carbs 37 fat 69 protein
