What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
on 3/2/16 8:17 am
Cute enough to eat! Seriously, I had to look them up and consider ordering some. Strippers, chocolate, the internet--hmmmmmm.
Nope. Even at my fattest, I have always hated ice cream. I'd meet at Burdicks for some chocolate mice and hot chocolate, though :)
Ice cream is the one thing guaranteed to make me feel ill now. Anything more than a tiny bit, I get sweaty with a racing heart. Any more than that -- well, that's on a need to know basis.
6'3" tall, male.
Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

I'd pay to see "Fluffy Wattaquadock" strip, its so out there that I would have to check it out LOL
Hope you and Mr. Grim have a blast tonight, expecting a full report of the fun, laughs and mice eaten tomorrow!
Well let me get out my stilettos cuz here comes Boomer Fernwood!!! Can't generally go wrong with wood in your stripper name.
Having teen trouble here and almost went for food, instead I went to bed.
Dashing dish peppermint shake
Egg white, slice of swiss and spicy vegetarian ssusage
Mozzarella spinach chicken burger
Not sure of my counts. Have never made the shake so I am going to put it in mfp first
Good morning AV and My Peeps. Have I told you guys lately how much I adore you all? Seriously, you guys are the best online support a girl could ask for.
Anyway, my stripper name is HILARIOUS! Pookie Lehigh here, lap dance anyone?
My hubby flew out this morning and won't be bac****il Friday, which is a real pain in my ass because I have a business dinner tonight with my boss and won't be able to pick my kid up until around 8 pm. I have decided that I am not going to drink any more alcohol in the month of March. I've recently realized that I've drank more since I had surgery than I did in the two years leading up to it. This is likely because I had zero social life when I was SMO, and now that I'm feeling so much better we're going out a lot more. Well, I don't have to drink to have a good time, so no booze for me until after March. Then I will reevaluate and see how I'm feeling about it. With dinner tonight, I've already scoped out the menu for the restaraunt we're going to. I'll get the 14 oz NY Strip with a side of veggies. I'll eat about 4 or 5 oz of steak and a couple bites of veggies.
Here's my plan for the day:
7 months since surgery
B: Light and Fit Greek peach flavor, 1/2c Kefir with 1T of raspberry torani syrup, coffee with cream and splenda. I was going to have an egg with cheese on 1/2 a tortilla but cooked the egg and left it sitting on my counter this morning. what a bummer.
L: Leftover chicken parm sans pasta again, steamed veggies again.
D: 4 or 5oz of NY Strip and veggies
S: 8 turkey pepperoni and a Laughing Cow cheese wedge
Totals:
Calories 805 Protein 96 Carbs 37 (woot!) Fat 29
Stripper name would be Sunshine Sumner. Since I have no boobs and lots of saggy skin,I fear I would be awfully poor if that were my day job! Chilly but sunny here in Illinois today. Lily and I will head to the park at some point but waiting for it to warm up a bit. Weight today 122.4 and 42 months postop. I will also do 30 minutes on the bike and 1.25 miles at a brisk pace on the treadmill later. Here's the eats B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz turkey burger 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz ground turkey with marinara sauce and 1/2 c Chinese veggies S Greek yogurt. Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices!
Introducing--- Prissy Marsh! LOL
Been feeling sorry for myself the past couple days. I think the not being able to eat a large quantity was getting to me for the first time since surgery. It's strange. Need to get in a better frame of mind. Also haven't exercised in 2 days so need to get my %$%$ outside!!! Tried to explain to my husband but not sure he understands, he has always been thin.
Our compressor went out in our AC unit which also ties into the heat not working well. Plus a part on the other unit broke also, so this adds to the agitation. They are coming to fix it all tomm- with a $1600 price tag ... GRRRR
I'm posting my exercise plan for the rest of the week plus eats today:
