I seriously miss this post most days and wish I could get on here while the posts are flying! I am killing myself laughing at the stripper names.

Was raining here this morning, but is sunny now.  Who knows what it will be by the time I get out of here, welcome to weather in New England.

Time since surgery 10+ months

B:  Muscle Milk 100, 1/2 Fiber one english muffin w/ cottage cheese & cinnamon

L:  Chicken w/ low sugar bbq sauce

D:  Pork, broccoli

S:  Babybel w/ mary's gone crackers

Our rainy morning has turned into sunshine as well!!  YAY New England

Good morning and happy Wednesday.  Our temperature is a reasonable 74 today, but it looks like we're getting rain over the weekend and into next week.  I guess a delayed arrival of el nino conditions.  My stripper name is Tiger Swall.  As Anny said, not very stripper like!  My aversion to food seems to be passing . . . not sure if I'm sad or happy about that.  Having absolutely no appetite was nice and the weight loss was an added bonus.  My goal is to get my protein/calorie counts without gaining any of my weight back . . . hmmm may be a tall order.  Here's my plan:

B: scrambled egg and cheese, skinny vanilla latte 

L: Grilled chicken and steamed veggies

D: Shrimp and Caesar salad

S: Light and fit or cottage cheese or kind bar (probably 2 of the three)

E: run with my sister in law

Totals: Cal. 829 (with only 1 snack); Protein: 99g; Fat: 36g; Carbs: 37g

Very late to the game today. I walked my two miles well almost three. I got my hair highlighted today and I love it. I wanted it to look like Lisa Rinna. She is from Day of our lives and now is on the Housewives of Beverly Hills.

My stripper name would be Taffy Court. I know it sounds more like a porn star. I have a friend who is not a dancer who goes by the name Sparkles I have no idea what her real name is.

D:Pork roast from last night

S:Cheese stick/ Coffee again it is cold again

My face doesn't look happy in the picture but I love the color.
