What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Your macros are amazing for the day! We actually only use Amex and have only good experiences- it's a Fidelity one so maybe that's the difference (basically they put a percentage of all purchases in our Fideltiy/retirement account). I've had my info compromised from 4-5 different hacking incidents and they have been good. Sometimes too good- like if I'm traveling and it's somewhere atypical they shut my card down until we can confirm the purchases.

I LOVE Caramel Delights (aka Samoas) so much... like way too much. I also love the Lemonades and I won't turn down a Thank You. As for Little Debbies or Big Deborahs... I loved the cosmic brownies and pecan pies. Although I haven't seen the mini pecan pies in years. Do they even still make them?

Question for all my food friends here: had my 6- week post op yesterday and all is well. I'm ahead of the expected weight loss at this point, which is great! But, he said that I'm not getting enough calories and should increase. To 1000-1200 calories...WHAATTTT????? I don't think I've ever gotten over 600 on a day. And I'm hitting my protein goal between 60-70 grams a day.
Have you been told to eat more? Does that seem like a high amount of calories? I don't know how to eat any more. I'm going to try more fatty things like nuts, but that's not going to increase too much...
