MMMMMM coin, I miss coin!

I bought the only beef tenderloin they had at Market Basket the other day, it is like crazy grassfed something or other.  Hopefully I will be able to eat the deliciousness!

I got mine from Market Basket also. Little individual wrapped tenderloin? I think it was from Australia.

Yup, well it was a 2 pack, they didn't seem to have just single ones.

Thanks for the reply you gave her. What you said not to do is exactly what I did. Never got to goal. Was only 26 lbs to goal. And now I'm up 23. Very daunting to think I have 50 lbs to lose again now. Feel lost and like I'm in a hole. Having a hard time getting back on track. This was a revision for me from a sleeve and I did the same thing last time. I know I'm 100% to blame. I feel like a huge failure. But your words touched me so I wanted to thank you.

You aren't alone, that's for sure. But it gets harder. Really hard. I'm certain you can do this. There's a Back On Track group here at OH. You can try OA. There's lots of ways to do it. Try to find something that works for you. Don't give up.
