Good Morning all!  How was everyone's weekend?  Mine was good, except I forgot both the dog training class on Friday night AND my son's basketball banquet yesterday.  WTF, self?  In my defense, nobody else remembered either, but still.  I need a personal assistant.  Or at the very least a day planner that I will actually use.  LOL

QOTD!  If you could have one superpower, what would it be?  I'm going to have to say invisibility would be pretty cool.  The ability to go anywhere unseen sounds very tempting.  And listen, there're a lot of choices, but you can pick JUST ONE, you greedy sonsa*****es.  LOL

Time since surgery:  19+ months

B:  coffee, wonton egg cup (I finally made them!) and a clementine

S:  Friendship Fit to Go cottage cheese and salt and pepper pork rinds

L:  I had a big ol' chicken souvlaki salad at the diner yesterday, so leftovers for me!

D:  2 oz. grilled chicken (still from the salad, lol) and 1/2 c. Suddenly Salad harvest grains with crumbled feta

TOTALS:  Cals:  879  Protein:  70  Carbs:  53  Fat:  39

Have a great day, all!

Good morning, good morning! I'm off to the races - and by that I mean this is going to be the longest day in recorded history and I have 4 million things to do leading up to my event this evening. The first task is checked off the list though, put 20 bottles of white wine in the fridge to chill and I'm already irrationally paranoid that we didn't buy enough...there's also 15 bottles of red and 4 cases of beer plus iced tea and lemonade and the event is only 60 people for 1.5 hours, but still!

I would take invisibility also FOR SURE. A) I would like to be able to stealthy get my grocery shopping or workout in without seeing a thousand people I know and B) would totally like to be a fly on the wall around my staff, not to check up on them but to hear what they think of how I'm doing, etc.

My menu is a bit of a **** show after 4pm because I KNOW I'll eat some of the stuff at the party and I've just avoided making a plan for the moment.

Time since surgery: 23 months

B: coffee with cream, overnight oats

S: PowerCrunch bar

L: TJ's Italian style turkey meatloaf (trying it for the first time), sweetened ricotta

S: turkey sausage bites and a string cheese

D/S: ??!!??

TOTALS (thus far): Calories 763, Protein 67, Carbs 53, Fat 33

V/W: on track

E: does running around like a chicken with my head cut off count?

Morning. I only have a sec--I'm at an all day training today and tomorrow. Lunch is being served so no clue on totals, but hopefully they'll be something good.

B: 2 protein coffees

L: ?

S: Mr Cheese Os

D: Leftover tuna melt (scraped off the bread!)

This training is bananas. It's about responding to active shooter situations in schools. I'm an hour in and already traumatized. I never want to leave the house again! Eek.

I work up this morning and thought it was Sunday! Dang it!

It was a busy weekend, ran errands on Sat and went out to lunch. Ate pork taco without the shell and grilled zuchinni. It was yummy.

Sunday I bathed 1/2 the dogs and went grocery shopping. Spent way more than I thought I was going to but oh well.

I came back and had the bike incident (see other post on the board), and jogged my last day of week 4 of c25k.

Oh found out we MAY get to go to the beach first week in April if we can find a dog sitter that won't gouge us on price.

If I had a superpower I think I would want super strength like superman.

B: 1/2 oikos triple zero

S: 1/2 quest or powercrunch

L: shrimp ****tail

S: not sure

D: making chicken pot pie (no biscuit) with leftover rotis chicken- exciting!

S:

Cal- under 720

Exercise: not sure yet, just jogged yesterday so i MIGHT try the bike again today.

Food's the same. Except for movie popcorn yesterday. And I got a haircut. That's a really big weekend right there.

I would either choose invisibilty, or have special hearing that would filter out when people said stupid things, or lied. Tough choice.

LOVE the superpower, except I don't think I'd want to filter out the lie.  I'd want to hear it, but have the power to KNOW it was a lie!!  Very useful in my job.
