Tomorrow is the big day. I wake up very early and head to the hospital for my rny.  It's the first day of the rest of my life!. My first post on here was about death row meals and one smart lady said I was already in food jail and now I'm out on parole! I had so much anxiety and stress this week that I thought I was going to explode but then today came. No more food and I strangely feel free. I feel relieved that the day is finally here and I can start now!

I'm ready to leap into this amazing new adventure!!!

Good luck. You won't even remember all of this a year from now, and you'll wonder why you waited so long.

Same here; a strange sense of calm came over me just before WLS.  Then again, I wondered if calm and numb felt about the same.  Peaceful thoughts to you.  Things will go just fine.
