Headaches? Not exactly eating on plan.... tmw is a new day!!

I am wondering if you nice ppl could tell me if not eating on plan could cause headaches. I have not excuse for falling off the wagon other then life happens. I was hospitalized and we had a death in the family. Tmw thankfull is a new day and I have cooked today and weighed and measured to get back on board.

Any ideas about the headaches??

If I have a day with way too many crappy carbs, I'll get a headache. I usually pay for it on the other end, too.
