I'm legit sad for you all who have not experienced the joys of Linguica. Yummiest sausage ever (when it's not being served in a vat of hot oil, of course)!

Good morning! Nothing too big planned for today- made some egg bites this morning and need to do some last minute cleaning before my parents get here! They're driving through to spend a week in AZ. It's a super short visit, but I take it whenever I can!!
B: Candy Cane protein shake
S: carbmaster yogurt
L: egg bites
S: string cheese
D: ? Will go out to eat with my parents so will be flexible. Thinking Mexican so maybe some fajita meat will work

Hi CJ! Dashingdish.com has a fairly long list of protein shake recipes. It's the candy cane one and it's amazing! All of the recipes use cottage cheese which makes them creamier. Be really careful though- some are high in calories due to the size and also carbs due to fruit. This one is neither- just used peppermint extract and sf vanilla Torani syrup (got both at Walmart). I add the vanilla and I like the balance. I actually cut the recipe in half and it's still packed with protein!

Ok I've tried there times now to post my menu today along with a press pic, but I've either fit interrupted it the website is acting up. Suffice to say I'm eating his things today and have exercised already. I'm 10 months out today and here's my progress pic from last month...
