Feel better! Have you tried Fit Frappe Chai Protein Lattes? They are my favorite go-to protein on a cold day.

Good morning everyone!
I sat with my son at 6am this morning. We talked about baseball, golf, what-not. They wanted pancakes for b=fast. I ate an egg. It was just another normal morning. For the first time in years, we did no****ch the news.
That's great that you've hit all of your marks on time. I went to my 6 month yesterday also, great overall. I miss the energy of a big city. I cook all of our meals in cast iron pans. I wonder if that is what has kept my iron a tad high?
I have not slept until 7am in about 10 years. Lucky! But, then again, I have not stayed up past 11 in about the same amount of time. Hmmm. I am a cat person. There! I said it. My family dog, is a dog, because I was out voted. Ah Democracy!!

My surgeon wanted me to increase to 1000 calories a day. since I'm 50 pounds from goal, I am only going up to 800.
Have a safe day everyone.

So glad that you were able to give the kids a normal family morning. So hard to do when there is so much trauma and grief in your neighborhood.
I can't stay up past 11, either anymore. I work in education and our days start before 7 and I have over an hour commute. It's trained me to be a morning person. Fine for weekdays but annoying as hell on weekends. Thank you, NyQuil!

I wanted to share something that I make about once a week...Eat some daily. I'm 9 years out RNY and am doing pretty good. I will get a 32 oz container of plain Greek yogurt. I will take 1/3 of the container and put it in another sealable container...That a spoon can fit in. To that new container I will put in a small container of Greek yogurt with fruit in side. The problem is the ones with fruit puree have high fructose corn syrup...But that is where the flavor comes from. I then will add whatever fresh fruits are in the kitchen...grapes, blueberries, strawberries, bananas. This will last me about a week...Good eats!! Brian

Great tip! I eat the Fage fruit cups about once a week as a treat. I swear the cherry ones taste like cherry cheesecake. Yum. But I've never made my own. Do you purée the fruit?
