Hmm, extremely afraid of all things that sting. Probably due to the fact that they can kill me, not be a normal allergy, I get cellulitis very easily and get it almost everytime I get stung and I'm allergic to tetanus shots so I get to spend fun time in the hospital hooked up to IV's when I get stung. So yes I will run away if bee gets even close to me.

My body has decided to let a cold infect me so not sure I'm gonna make it through the whole day at work. Need rest and with that I'm taking a break from exercise until I feel better.

S: Double Scoop Unjury Shake

B: Chicken Salad with a few crackers

L: Undecided not sure I will make it this far at work, may eat a 1/2 of a quest bar in the car

D: The Family is getting pizza, I will probably have more chicken salad or some toppings from pizza.

Morning AV. We got snow last night, schools are closed. I was hoping that I could use this as an easy sick day, but I have a conference call this afternoon at 4:30. Who schedules calls for 4:30? damn. So I feel so drained today. It could be that I haven't had a drop of coffee today. I usually pick one up on the way to work, but I seem to have forgotten my wallet with all my identification, credit cards and cash at home in my other coat. I had it in my coat pocket at the hospital yesterday, and forgot to grab it when I got my big puffy snow coat this morning. I am completely exhuasted. My mom's surgery took so much longer than it was supposed to. I'll be heading to the hospital at my lunch break to check in on her. She was still really out of it when I left the hospital.

I'm thinking the only thing close to a phobia I have is bugs. I'm okay if they are not on me, but if the get close to touching me I freak out. Spiders, beetles, ants, it doesn't matter what kinds. Oh and I hate bees flying around me. I get so much anxiety about flying bugs. If I'm having a BBQ at my house and I know there is a bee hanging out, I will go inside.

My honey just dropped off my coffee and gave me his credit card. I still don't have my drivers license or any form of identification, but I didn't really want to complain since he went out of his way to bring me a coffee and has a busy day ahead driving in the snow.

almost 7 months post op and the scale moved again. Yay for 110lbs down the drain.

B: Feta and Veggies egg muffin, coffee with cream and splenda

L: 3oz lunch meat with 1/2 a low carb tortilla with yellow mustard. no cheese

D: Shrimp and ****TAIL SAUCE. Someone's hubby picked it up for her yesterday.

S: Light and Fit Greek with 15g of Nature Valley Protein Granola, celery with greek yogurt ranch and 1 peanut butter cream power crunch bar as a super special treat this evening
