Centrum mint vitamins

I bought some to try. There numbers are low on some things. There is no iron. 

What I love. They taste like really strong mints. There is no vitamin taste/smell pre or after consuming. The smell of vitamins can make me nauseated.

I don't love the price and the inadequate dosing but it's a nice change.

Anyone try them?

I know some people who claimed their lab tanked when they took Centrum... Watch for that. 

I take the centrum 50+ and so far my labs are fine (4yrs out). I think they have more than one configuration.

I take Centrum seniors equivalent. The Mints are missing so many vitamins...and taking extra others may cause too much of some acumulating in the body... 

 I bought some for my hubby, but haven't tried them myself. I just looked at the label again. They're a tad lower in a couple of categories-and look to be missing Riboflavin completely, but they do have more Vitamin K than the Centrum Silver I'm taking at the moment.

Are you going to take them for a few months consistently and have labs drawn?

I bought a box on sale, and I am taking two with one better multi to make up for the missing vitamins. But I will never buy them again because I find the taste disgusting. I love mint, but they do not taste like strong mints in my opinion. I can barely choke them down, and I would pick the Centrum orange chewable vitamin in a heartbeat.

I looked at them because I love mint- but the serving size is 2. So I don't want to have to take 2 of them twice a day- that's my hang up. I bet they taste great though!

My advice is to get a box from patch md and a tin of altoids.

I do take them. But I take 2 - 3 times a day. After this batch is gone I will probably switch to something else.

Too costly to go through 6 a day with that pricing.

They sounded intriguing but I noticed they're pretty weak on minerals, so I passed them by.  It's weird they don't have around the same amount of nutrients as regular Centrum....
