Raw vegetables? Cant eat?
I did. It meant a lot. I hadn't seen cj since I was maybe in 6th grade. Our dad owned an Italian restaurant and he was the chef. Our dad and he had a fight, he left and didn't see or hear from him again until a few months before surgery we started chatting on instant messenger
had no idea he was getting surgery until I woke up one day to a message saying he was having surgery, he'd talk to me soon and that he loved me.
Didnt hear from him again until I got a call he passed away. I was a sophomore in high school.
Yes I am. Had before but tried nutrieystem. Have lost and gained some weight... Tired of failing.
I ate only non-starchy veggies and berries for 18 months. Then introduced some fruit starting with an apple a few times a week. At eight years out I can eat anything, but am still careful about the carbs. In August, I often have an ear of fresh picked corn in place of an meal.

What everyone else has already said.
You may have issues eating raw vegetables early after surgery. I think I was advised to avoid them for six months, and to avoid anything with seeds for at least three (they could possibly lodge in the suture line).
Now I can eat any type of vegetable prepared or raw.
